Front Choke Defense |
Use the left hand to grab the attacker’s right wrist. Raise your right hand and twist your body to the left to break the attackers grip. Grab both of the attacker’s arms with your left hand. Then, finish with two back elbow strikes to the attacker’s head. |
Rear Choke Defense |
Raise your right hand and twist your body to the left to break the attackers grip. wrap both of the attacker’s arms with your right arm. Then, finish with two forearm strikes or palm heel strikes to the attacker’s head. |
